1) All Macs have bootcamp. It's not actually that big of a program- all it does is walk you through step-by-step setting up the system to dual-boot.
2) Probably. I don't have much experience with music programs (I just use Audacity), but the CPU is still fairly high end and the 9400M is a good enough for what you need. I wouldn't use the computer for animation rendering, but that's are a lot more intensive than music editing. You might want to get more RAM. I believe you'll want 2x2GB DDR2 800MHz, but you might want to check. Anyway, RAM's pretty cheap now.
